Low loose looking messy bun with a headband braid  and natural makeup for this maid of honor. bridal hair and makeup

The artist transformed thin hair into a fuller look using twists, curls and teasing. She added flowers that the bride brought to fill in some spaces as well. The makeup had airbrush foundation and a natural/medium eye to finish her wedding day hair and makeup.

The makeup was done on a dramatic level. We used a pinkish purple color on the lid that matched great with her skin. The eyeliner was heavy. We also used false lashes. Her foundation was airbrushed and a bronzed blush was used. Clip-in extensions were added for length and a bit of fullness. The hair was teased to match the fullness of the curls. This look was for her rehearsal dinner!

A loose twisted and very textured side wedding hairstyle was done with minimal teasing to give a natural free flowing look. Airbrush makeup reduced the redness in the skin and warm natural brown eyeshadows with black eyeliner was used to bring out the blue in her eyes

Traditionally in China, the girls like their skin to appear lighter. We did a lighter foundation blended down into her neck and collar. They also like to have a round pink blush right on the balls of the cheeks. Pink lipstick is also usual for young Chinese girls. We used false lashes to widen the eyes and did an updo with a braided front for her hair.

This bride did her trial on her rehearsal dinner day. Her hair was curled with a 1 1/4 inch curling iron and teased for volume. Airbrush makeup and contouring were used with a lighter more natural eye and lip.

We flat ironed her hair with a bit of an under bevel for texture, teased the crown for hight and used spray wax for the ends. We did a grey smokey eye with false lashes and a berry lip as well as airbrush foundation for the makeup

Christmas party fun! We did a smokey eye, false lashes, and curled and teased her hair to create the perfect holiday party hairstyle and makeup.

This bride's thick hair gave us the ability to create a full gorgeous smooth curled bun at the nape of her neck. the jeweled accessory becomes a great accent in dark hair when she takes her veil out after the ceremony. Her makeup was focused on bringing her eyes out and lightening under the eye

We did many chunky peek-a-boo syle highlights with a full color of a chocolate brown. Then for the cut we point cutted very jaggedly and layered it. We waxed and shaped her brows and made sure the bangs were short enough to not completely cover them. The makeup was kept natural for an every day look, but focused on her eyes and eye brows to make them bigger and bring the outter corner upward instead of angled down like in her before photo. Warm brown colors were used to bring out the blue in her eyes.

This bride wanted a side updo with a loosely pulled back look in the front. Her highlights complimented this style perfectly. Her makeup was done with airbrush to even out skin tone and erase the tiny pimple she was worried about. 

We were able to achieve a long side do with volume to help her hair appear thicker. Bringing long but not so thick hair all to one side and adding volume at the crown can really help the do look full. Her eyemakeup is a medium look with added shimmer on the center of the lid. Her eyebrows were filled in and eye liner extended out to help the eyes appear bigger.

oops! Unfortunately, we forgot to take the before photo until after the hair was completed, but teasing and a 1 1/4 inch iron was used to creat this look. Her eyes look so much bigger from the use of dramatic shadows, a darker filled in brow and false eyelashes. The airbrush makeup completely evened out her skin tone.

I had to put in her after with her in her dress because it was just too amazing. She had very thin hair so we did use clip-ins for this style. The bird cage veil and feather clip came separately so it was easy to size the veil to what we wanted and then just put the feather clip on over it.

This girls eyebrows are on point! Her hair was done with a 1 inch curling iron and teasing to have a semi messy updo. A dark grey eyeshadow was used on her lid right on top of the eyeball part and blended into brown in the crease. That combination made the blue in her eyes stand out. AIrbrush makeup was used to even her skin tone and I forgot to get another photo, but we ended up doing another layer of airbrush to completely cover her freckles. If a client wants their freckles completely covered, the airbrush makeup can  do this without looking cakey.

The hairstyle in this photo is a themed classic vintage style. Her makeup was done with a dramatic brow and lip to really tie in the theme.

This loose style was done to have curls showing at the top of the crown from the front. The headband tiara accessory and loose dangling curls in the front finish off the classic bridal hairstyle. The makeup was also kept natural, clean and glowing looking to match the classic look of the hair.

She had the airbrush makeup to acheive full coverage without appearing thick. Her hair was curled with a 1 1/4 inch iron and tossled to become loose. The hair was slighly pulled back into a loose waterfall braid around the back for some added texture.

This hairstyle was done with a 1 inch curling iron, tease at the crown and pulled back into a twist. The volume is very important when using a tiara. The eye makeup and eyebrows are dramatic to really draw attention to the eyes.

Airbrush makeup was used to have full coverage of rosacea. She also got fasle lashes to open up her eyes.

This mother of the bride wanted to stay natural, but look like she had gotten properly ready for her daughters wedding. We used neutral colored eyeshadow, brown eyeliner, brown mascara and a rosy blush. Isn't she adorable?!

the 1 inch wand was used to achieve this look with a high bang out of the face. No volume was desired by this client as she wanted a very natural tossled look. Airbrush makeup was used to acheive full coverage.

This bride wanted to have some hair down one shoulder to be able to have her hair mostly up, bust still have some texture from the front. She also requested a natural/medium makeup with a pinky nude lip color

This client wanted to keep a pretty natural look. She wanted a more girlish look to both her hair and makeup so we stuck to nude colored lipstick, light eyeshadow and didnt use any false lashes. her hair had clip-in extensions for added volume and thicknes and was curled with the 1 1/4 inch curling iron. She did not want any volume in the crown so we just skipped the teasing. 

This bride wanted victory rolls on the top of her head at an off centered angle. Glamorous eyes, full eye brows and red lips were done for her makeup to complete the vintage look.

This style had clip-in extensions added for length and thickness. A 1 inch curling iron was used with teaseing at the crown. False lashes, eye brow filling and airbush makeup were used.

Airbrush makeup was used to focus on evening the skin tone around the eyes and nose. Amauve eyeshadow was chosen to bring out the whites in the eyes and still be natural enough to have a glamorous red lip.

She wanted a very natural pinned back look from the front and a twisted messy bun look in the back. Airbrush makeup was used to even out skin tone and the eyes and lips were kept very natural.

A 1 1/4 inch iron and teasing at the crown was used to create this style. Dramatic eye makeup is good when having a bird cage veil cover one eye.

A purple smokey eye patern was used to create this look with airbrush foundation to cover blemishes.

What a change! She wanted to have long blond hair and unfortunately she had tried to do the blond herself at home. You can see in the before picture, the ends of her hair are fried and frizzy. We cut off as much of that as possible, but needed to leave as much length as possible to blend in with the extensions. She got 18 inch extensions. For the first 2 months she wore her hair curled with the front tucked behind her ears. That way you wouldn't see the short hair she still had in front of her ears, until it grew out to look like just another layer. Since then, her natural hair has grown to her collar bone!

A 1 1/4 inch iron was used with light teasing on top to create a curled voluminous look. Airbrush makeup was used to cover rosacea. False lashes, filled in eye brows and medium natural shadow were used to make the eyes look much bigger.

A 1 inch iron was used to curl this natural half up half down style. We used a smaller iron in this case as the client has very strait thick hair and we did not want her curl to have fallen too much too soon. Airbrush makeup was used to prevent the shiny T-zone from coming back and to cover the reddness in her nose and cheeks.

This side bun was done with a little teasing at the top to not look completely flat, but not be huge either. We used a side part coming on to her forhead to cover her undesired widows peak. Her makeup was done with airbrush and used warm brown eye shadow colors and dark liner to bring out the blue in her eys.

This bride desired a smooth, almost fashion, look from the front with a messy curly bun on the side. Her hair worked perfectly for this look because she had medium length thick hair. Here eye shadow was done dramatically to make them appear bigger.

This client wanted long black hair so we colored and then installed the extensions. We then did dramatic eye makeup and false lashes to make her eyes  look a lot bigger. This photo, when posted on our facebook page, started some controversy because many people thought she was not the same person. I promise it is! We made a video with her showing the trasformation to prove she was her because people were getting really nasty about it.

These photos have not been edited so that you can see the real transformation. Her makeup was centered around her eyes and contouring. We wanted to uses contouring to accent her cheek bones and jaw line and thin her nose a little. Her hair was tamed with a 1 inch curling iron and spray wax.

She had box color black hair was lightened to orange and colored with redken 6RR. Makeup was done a classic glamorous style with red lips to match the hair.

This client was a maid of honor and said "I want to look like a porn star" She felt as though we achieved what she was looking for in the end. We did dramatic makeup on her eyes and brows. The hair was teased throughout the roots to give it that umph and we used dry shampoo to get rid of any grease.

This client had box colored black hair that was lightened and colored with Redken's 5RV Color Fusion. Extensions, to match the red and some blonde, were added at 18 inches long. Her makeup was done with a dramatic eye and nude lips.

Her hair was colored two-tone black and plum. Extensions were added to match at 22 inches long. Her makeup was done natura, but with false lashes to open the eyes

THis Bride did a classic vintage bridal wave perfect for her hair length. Medium/Natural eye shadow was used with a slight winged eye liner and a berry colored lipstick.

This client wanted some funk in her life so we added peek-a-boo style bright red highlights, bangs and lots of layers in the haircut.

A 1 1/4 inch iron was used to achieve a full large curled look. The crown was teased for volume to give the tiara a bit of hight. Airbrush makeup was used to even skin tone and contour the cheek bones, nose and chin.

We used her banges to create a backward victory roll using the black and red color placement to accent the roll. Red lips with dark liner was added to combine her hardcore look with the classic vintage hair and makeup look.

We did a side updo with tease and a side part. The eyes were done with a warm brown in the crease fading into black in the corner. Thick eyeliner and eyelashes were used as well.

A winged eyeshadow and eyeliner look was used on this client to open her eyes on the outsides. You can see her eyes droop down on the outsides in the before photo and they appear to angle up in the after photo. False lashes were used to help with this. Airbrush makeup and a pinky lip color was used to finish the look.

This bride had such long beautiful thick curly hair. We smoothed out the curls to reduce frizz at the same time as curling them with a 1 1/4 iron. She loves having a pink glow in her makeup so we made sure to add a bit of a pink accent to her eyeshadow and use a pinkier blush. Her eyebrows were on point before we even touched them!

A 1 1/4 inch iron was used to keep the curls long and big. The crown was teased for added volume. The eye brows were filled in and shaped. The eyeshadow as kept natural, but enhanced with false lashes and a berry colored lipstick was used to enhance that gorgeous smile.

This client came in and said, "i don't know, just make me pretty". She let us choose what we thought would be best so we colored her hair a copper brown from redken to bring out the blue in her eyes, cut some layers in it to give it voume and gave her a natural every day look for her makeup that she had never known how to do.

This client has had thin hair her whole life. She had always wanted long hair, but could never get her natural hair to grow to the length she wanted. We added 18 inch I-tip 808 remy hair extensions and layered them to blend. They look very natural and she can finally have the hair she has always wanted!
